    Hi,

    we appear to be experiencing a small issue with our site when trying to checkout with our different payment providers. When completing checkout we can get all the way through the procedure, but when hitting the complete order button it fails to process the order and instead gives an error of invalid json string given.

    I’ve attached a screenshot below. If you need any more information or would like me to test anything please feel free to let me know and I would be happy to help.

    Hi There,

    Upon checking your website, I see some JS errors.

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks for your help. We’ve now disabled one of the plugins and this appears to have fixed the issue.
