lizzilcreativeParticipantHi, the expanded demo content won’t install unfortunately… I’ve tried every option you gave (cleaning cache, deleted old theme and widgets, set all the hosting services open) but still won’t install.
Could you please help me?Thanks!

RupokMemberHi Lisette,
Thanks for writing back and sorry you are having trouble installing expanded demos. You may need to check your folder permissions. Especially the uploads folder. Expanded demos need to load files into specific areas and some security settings hosts enable by default are to change folder permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
Also contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the firewall. Make sure to allow any request from theme.co or Amazon s3 as well.
Cheers!
