    Hi Support.

    I am unable to load the expanded demo to my site.
    I have refreshed the cache, etc as mentioned in past topics.

    I always get the unable to complete message.

    Website is weddingflix.com.au
    Running latest version of WordPress and cornerstone.

    Hi Geoff,

    Thanks for posting in.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Confirmation allowing us to import the demo (overwriting what you currently have)

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
