I want to have a survey pop up when user goes to exit, something real simple like:

‘What’s stopping you from getting a quote’

The idea is to capture feedback to improve my site.

All I can find is loads of opt in pop up plugins, I don’t want any contact info, just their feedback.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a plugin that can do this?

The only one I found was this, but it looks dodgy as hell, I’m not sure I want to install that on my sites:

I’ve installed it, initially it asked me about registration and then I updated everything and that tab disappeared.

I’ve setup a pop up, enabled all the correct settings as far as I can see, it’s set to live, show all pages, etc, but it isn’t showing. I’ve trawled through all the settings and it’s live etc, but it isn’t showing, I have no idea why?!

Are there any common issues that could cause this that I should check?
