    Hi !! Firstly thank you all so much for all the help already, my website is running and I am enjoying it 🙂

    So a question about excerpt, I have been through quite some topics but I just get lost.

    My first blog which I edit with cornerstone got normal automatic excerpt with the ..read more.
    The second blog did not get it at all, I can do it manual but I would like to have it automatic or… have the same length as which is set within customizer and with the .. read more link.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Excerpt will be shown on blog page only. If you use Recent Posts element on a page then the excerpt might not show (depends on which stack you are using).

    I can see the excerpt on your given URL so not sure where you are having issue.

    Thanks Rupok. Yes I am talking about the blog page, just as the link I gave you. Just like I explained, the first blog gives a excerpt automaticly with ..[READ MORE] the last one I had to create my own excerpt and this doesn’t have the same cut in length and ..[READ MORE] link. So I want this for every blog, automatic excerpt and read more link 🙂 thanks

    Thanks for updating. I can see two posts on your blog page and both have excerpts – http://prntscr.com/atmabb
    So I was confused and thought you are referring another page.

    Would you check again and clarify the issue a bit?

    First blog is ‘who is the traveling coach’ when I made this it gave me automatically a excerpt with read me link.
    Second blog is ‘on the road’ when I made this I got no excerpt, I had to put this in manually but I don’t get a read more link.

    So I want blogs to automatically create excerpt with the length which I can set in customizer and with the read more link.

    I really hope that is more clear now because I don’t know how more details I can give.

    Hi there,

    Please compare first section in both posts, you’ll notice, on ‘who-is-the-traveling-coach’ page in first section there is at least one paragraph, although you don’t see <p></p>tags while in the other post there is just one <h5> heading and headings couldn’t be displayed as excerpt.

    When you leave a line, press enter on your keyboard and start another line it creates paragraph.
