I have 7 products currently, and I’m using woocommerce and the Ethos stack for my shop. I use the customizer to format the shop. I want to display the products in three columns but things get wonky if I choose anything more than one column. Summary below.
1 column: pictures are full width, products display in one column
2 column: pictures are half width of page, but only one column appears (space for second column is blank; all products appear in column 1).
3 column: pictures are 1/3 width of the screen, and only show in two out of the three columns, and only every other space. For example, in column 1, positions 1, 3, and 5 show products and in column 2, positions 2, 4, and 6 show products.
4 column: pictures are 1/4 width of the screen, but only show in the left two columns. position one of column two is empty.
Wordpress, Cornerstone, and Xtheme are fully updated as of 11/19/16. I’m developing in a staging environment but I can push to production if you need to log into the admin dashboard. thanks.

It is currently set to display in 3 columns.

November 20, 2016 at 12:55 am #1264063Hi there,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Thanks.
November 20, 2016 at 10:26 am #1264356Ok, I’m running WP: 4.6.1, X 4.6.4, cornerstone 1.3.3
Apparently when I pushed to staging, then back to production I lost some of the most recent updates. So now that everything is updated, It displays in three columns, but position 1 of column two is still blank.
Thanks!
November 20, 2016 at 3:01 pm #1264555Hi there,
Tried with CSS and display new issues, would you mind providing your admin and FTP login credentials in private reply?
Thanks!

Thanks, please provide the FTP login credentials as well. Have you customized the product item’s template? The issue is because of links added within links and it breaks the layout.
Example,
<a href="https://brewlove.org/product/beetle-kill-pine-beverage-coasters/" class="woocommerce-LoopProduct-link"><div class="entry-product"><div class="entry-featured"><a href="https://brewlove.org/product/beetle-kill-pine-beverage-coasters/"><img width="1200" height="675" src="https://brewlove.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Natural-Pine-Coasters-2-1200x675.jpg" class="attachment-entry size-entry wp-post-image" alt="coasters" /></a></div>
Thanks!

Either way, we don’t do code testing in WordPress admin. Any mistake can put your site down until it’s fixed through FTP. This is just safety measure as there are many cases like this.
Thanks!
November 25, 2016 at 12:13 pm #1270781Understandable.
I’m not sure where to get the FTP credentials – where can I find this? I set up my staging environment through GoDaddy so I’m not sure I can give you access unless you’re signed into my godaddy account. Is there a better way to do this?

It works, but it only gives us a way to see your admin and not the files. Please provide your FTP login credentials or your Godaddy login credentials and we can use its file manager.
Thanks!
