What you have given is the ftp credentials. To assist you better with this issue, please provide us the login credentials of your WordPress dashboard as well so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that you haven’t missed any setting or a JS error is causing the problem.

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site

– WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hi there,

Upon checking customizer, I noticed you’ve selected to display featured posts in post carousel while you didn’t check the box ‘post carousel display’ for your posts, see the attachment.

To enable filterable index, please remove category IDs from Customize -> Ethos -> Blog options.

This was a migration. I didn’t make any changes and the live site is working as expected.

Seems to be working now. Both carousel and filters are displaying on my end.

Please try clearing your browser cache if you’re not still able to see carousel and filter.
