daanvennixParticipantHello,
I installed Ethos 03 and like it al lot.
Can you help me with something. I want to let my logo come in like you did in Ethos 03 with the ‘Fresh from the farm’ line.
And is it possible to set my logo on a steady position in the following pages somehow when scrolling down? Thanks!

daanvennixParticipantAnd is it possible to change the colour of the down arrow on the main page?

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
It’s just transparent rev. slider with the text layer of “Fresh from the farm”.
Then since it’s transparent, you can edit your page (eg. home page) and set your slider to Slider Settings : Above Masthead. Once you set your slider, it will give you the option to set a background video, and enable the scroll bottom arrow where you can change color too.
If you’re having hard time with this setup, you can provide your admin login credentials and I can setup a sample 🙂
Thanks!

daanvennixParticipantHi,
No, that’s not what I mean. I want my logo to appear the exact same way as the way the text “fresh from the farm….” is appearing on the screen. Rad offered to set it up for me. Can you look at it?
Logo is included above.By, Daan

RadModeratorHi there,
Does that mean instead of text, I’ll add the logo? We’ll you only said to be the exact same way it’s added. I added the logo 🙂
Cheers!

daanvennixParticipantHi!
Great! Thanks. Thats nearly what i meant 😉
– What I like is the way the text is appearing on the screen in Themeco’s Ethos 03 example site. It’s coming from above on the page. Can you create the same effect?
– Above and under the logo are two thin lines. Can these be removed?
– Can you explain me how you did this, then I understand it. In the near future my logo will be updated, then I can replace the old for the new on my self. Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates.
To change the fadeIn effect to Slide from top, simply edit your slider and click on the layer of the logo image. You must change the animation (http://prntscr.com/atm7vm).
To remove the two thin lines above and below your logo, please find and remove this block of code in your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS
.tp-caption.tp-resizeme:before, .tp-caption.tp-resizeme:after { content: ""; position: absolute; left: 10%; right: 10%; display: block; height: 2px; background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.25); /* Change this to your preferred color*/ } .tp-caption.tp-resizeme:before { top: -20px; } .tp-caption.tp-resizeme:after { bottom: -20px; }The logo were added as a layer inside the slider. The slider is then assign above your masthead. To understand better, please check out this topic:
