Hi Support,
The submit link and Captcha isn’t working – it will not submit and the Captcha stays the same and I can’t work out why. Any ideas?

Thank you for checking. I’ve received the confirmation email at my end too. How strange! I have been finding that both the estimator and Woocommerce checkout pages have been taking an unusually long time to submit – and I think potential customers would leave the page before it completes – so it’s possible that’s the issue. Is there a way to speed up the submission for both the estimator and Woocommerce checkout?

The data submitted are filtered over by Akismet and Wordfence and it adds additional processing time on each request. Could we try disabling them just for testing, but we can enable them back?

Thank you for checking. Do you mean the summary at the end of the estimator? And could you explain what you mean by text based?
Sorry, I’m a little confused as to why it is sending so much data – it doesn’t seem very efficient.

It looks like the plugin is sending all the styles within the post data, and as there are multiple different form fields it’s leading to a larger post request.
I’ve sent an email to the plugin authors to see if anything can be done about this.
