Hello,

I created an essential grid of 3 videos in a row and the videos play but I cant get them to open in a light box. When I did it with columns I got the look I wanted but I could not get the columns even and my jquery code did not work. So im trying this plugin and it looks perfect but the video doesnt pop out. I’ve read the plugin docs and watched a bunch of videos. Doesnt work.

I’ve been trying to figure this out for hours. If there is a better way to do it and get the same look, please advise. Thank you.

Hi there, I too have had an issue with this and unfortunately have not been able to figure out the solution. I created a page with multiple essential grids. The last grid on the page behaves the way I want it to, but it’s a very cumbersome process in order to get it to work correctly. Functionally, I want to have a grid of youtube videos which pop out when played. I’ve done this by using the lightbox feature, and using a screen shot of the video as the source. Is there a way to use the youtube video as the source and still have the lightbox popout feature instead of having to generate a primary image for every video? Thank you for responding, but no, it is not a helpful article for my problem. I have videos popout playing in a lightbox. What I want to know is if there is a way to accomplish this without having to create a primary image for each youtube video. I am having to take a screen shot and then upload that image and use it as the featured image so that the videos pop out. When I select the video by itself instead of a featured image, it only plays in the grid and not in a popout.

Not possible as it can’t be controlled, it’s a youtube videos and it’s directly embedded through iframe.
