    Hello,

    Essential Grid is stuck on “Please wait…” when I try to Favorite a Skin

    I’ve done the following: cleared the cache, deleted all plugins, cleared cache again, and reinstalled just Essential Grid

    Please help!

    I’ll include login credentials in a separate post

    Hi There,

    I can see the issue but then there’s no error on the console. The process is successful when i check the ajax request. Can you also provide FTP credentials on a private reply so we can check error logs?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I have tested the issue and I can confirm that you can get stuck when clicking the favorite button. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    I’ve already done that. I actually did more than that. I deleted all third-party plugins and re-installed Essential Grid, tried it again, still was getting stuck, THEN I started this thread. I clearly brought this up with my very first post (#135630).

    I also sent my login credentials in a follow up post (#1356342) to that immediately after my first post. But the first response from you guys was asking for login credentials.

    I feel like I’m getting the runaround.

    Please help me address this issue so I can continue building my site.

    If this is not something you guys can help me with then please point me in the right direction.

    Hello There,

    I have tested Essential grid in my own local testing server. I have replicated the issue and I got stuck as well. You will have to reload the page before you can continue. The skin on the other hand was successfully made as a favorite. You can see it when you select the “Favorites” filter.

    I can confirm that this is a bug in the latest release of Essential Grid. I will be forwarding this to the creators of the Essential Grid so that we can do further investigation. Once they’ll have it fixed, it will be updated and will be rolled out in their next plugin update.
