    Hi,
    I’m hoping you can help me… I’ve set up a site using essential grid which works fine on the computer but on tablette and phone I’m having problems. In the screen shots attached you cans see that on the page “Alain Longeaud”, the last photo under “Galleries” doesn’t show up. And in the second shot, “singularités” you can see that one of the photos won’t load (it’s actually several photos). I tried reducing the size of the images in case it was a problem with the files being to heavy but it didn’t change anything.

    I checked the essential grid from your home page and it works on my phone. Would you mind providing the second screenshot again? I may be looking to a different direction.

    And please let me know what phone and browser you’re testing it on.

    Hi, thanks so much for getting back so quickly. Attached you’ll find the screen shot. I’ve put a big red box around the missing gallery. I’ve tested on both Chrome and Safari on iOS 8.12, 8.3 on iPhones and iOS 9.2.1 on an iPad.

    Hello There,

    Please check your grid settings particularly the number of columns to be displayed in different screen sizes. You may have set it to 4 and yet it is no longer possible for Essential grid to display that number of columns against the smaller screens. Please try at least 2 columns and test it again.

    Hi, have been playing around and it seems that it was the image that was creating the problem. Have changed the image and it works OK now. Will test the images on my other problem and let you know.

    Just to let you know… and if it helps others. My problems of images not showing up on mobile devices seems to have been caused by the French accents in the images metadata.
