As you can see in the screenshot, there are several sources defining a 404 for particular elements on the page. The grid and skin are working fine but the page-load increases dramatically because of the search for “/undifined” items. the error-log always displays this error first:
jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js?ver=2.1.0.1:104 GET http://jouwdesign.be/lsu/site/jobs/undefined 404 (Not Found)
followed by the other “/undefined” elements
I also tried installing the latest version of x and disabling other plugins. I also have this problem on several other sites
I also think, this problem started with the usage of the newest version from essential grid (2.1.0.1). I haven’t had this problem before the update.September 26, 2016 at 7:45 am #1190760Hey Jeroen,

Please try to delete/purge cache since you perform an update. On frontend, I can see that some libraries are loaded from cache but others are not. Do let us know how this goes.
September 27, 2016 at 7:30 am #1192181Hi, cache has been deleted both in wp-super-cache and essential grid – general options. i also deactivated wp-super-cache for the time being. This however, did not solve the issue. I would like to add that I’m using custom post-types generated from the pods-plugin wich are used in the essential grid. Maybe it has something to do with the communication between pods and essential grid?
September 27, 2016 at 7:49 am #1192203I see. Please try deactivating that plugin and it is best to try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
September 27, 2016 at 9:20 am #1192323I tried displaying a standard wp post-item intro the grid (not a custom post-type generated by pods) but i still get the ‘/undefined’ error located in http://jouwdesign.be/lsu/site/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js 404 not found
September 27, 2016 at 9:34 am #1192338I tried logging in to your WordPress admin but I get a not found message (see attachment). Please check and disable all third party plugins while we investigate. Also, please check if you have correct WordPress files and folders permission. See https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
Thanks.

Would you mind removing your menu event date (see attachment) and see if the error persists?
Thanks.
September 29, 2016 at 4:15 am #1195431Christian,
I can’t see any attachment. Are you reffering to the essential grid item wich is loading in the upper-right-side of the menubar?
September 29, 2016 at 4:34 am #1195450Sorry it didn’t upload. Yes. I’ve attached it now.
Thanks.
October 3, 2016 at 4:31 am #1200255I already tried this, also tried disabling/enabling grids on different page’s. We recently detected, there are many websites of us who are experiencing the same errormessages related to essential grid or revolution slider. Do you maybe know if Themepunch has already released something about these errors? Because I see there are more and more people who are having the same error-messages.
October 4, 2016 at 4:58 am #1201734Hi there Jeroen,
Thanks for your patience on this. Would you mind if I shared those site logins with the ThemePunch Developers so they can assist in the debugging on what’s happening here?
Thank you!
