Jeremy PParticipantI’ve created an essential grid, but when I insert the shortcode into a blog post, nothing displays. The post is still a draft, does that matter?

Prasant RaiModeratorHello Jeremy,
Thanks for writing in!
Keeping post in draft does not matter, it should work. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

JackKeymasterHi there Jeremy,
Thanks for writing back!
I’ve tried to check this, but when I go to yourdomain.com/wp-login.php I get a white screen.
Can you login without a problem or have you moved the location of the login page?
Thanks!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
After logging in to WP dashboard it redirects to home page and we don’t have permission to check the dashboard, please give us administrator permission.
Thanks.

JackKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for writing back, I’ve tried to check this but get a JS error in Cornerstone, which seems to be because of Cloudflare, please follow the following steps to bypass the issue with Cloudflare and Cornerstone.
1) Login to CloudFlare and go to Page Rules
2) Create a new page rule
3) In the page rule link put: *.yourdomain.com/*?cornerstone=1* Type this exactly how it’s seen including the * and replace yourdomain with the name of your domain
4) Leave everything the same but change settings:Custom Caching: Bypass Caching
Browser cache expire TTL: 30 minutes
Always Online: OFF
Performance: OFFThank you!

JackKeymasterHi there Jeremy,
Thanks for writing back. After checking again, there’s still an error coming from CloudFlare in the console.
Can you try disabling CloudFlare entirely please for testing purposes, also can you test for a plugin conflict, as when Cornerstone tries to load and doesn’t, there are 10 scripts that are trying to load at the same time.
Thank you!

Jeremy PParticipantok cloudflare is paused.
I’ll test for plugins in the morning. thanks
