Hi I’m trying to add custom links to each individual item I’ve created with Essential grid. One of the steps required me to create a Meta Key in order to do so.
I’ve followed this step but when I go into the “Link/SEO” tab in the Skin editor to add the key, it doesn’t show up in the “Meta Key”dropdown menu. Because of this I’m having a hard time adding my own custom links. I’ve even manually added the key in and it still doesn’t work.
Is there a fix for this?
I found another way to make it work. I made the Essential grid post URL path match the URL path I wanted it to link to.
For example, if the essential grid post URL is http://www.yourwebsite.com/essential_grid/blue then you need to have the URL you want it to link to be http://www.yourwebsite.com/blue
Thought I’d share that just in case anyone else has the same problem.
