thecashbagParticipantWhy do the images on my Essential Grid Lightbox show in the wrong size?
I uploaded images with 1000px width, and the lightbox settings inside Essential Grid
have 1000px width also – but they are still displaying with 500px width.See here, half way down the page, hover over an image and click the magnify button too bring up the lightbox: https://elementpaints.com/shop/acrylic-paint-set/

thecashbagParticipantOk I think I figured out the problem. Originally I uploaded these images as 500px, and then I deleted them from within the WordPress media gallery and re-uploaded them with the exact same names but with 1000px size.
So I think the old images were somehow not completely deleted, so it is still showing the old 500px versions.
Do you know how I can force WordPress to get rid of the old versions and only use the new ones?
Going through the process again but changing their names would be very very tedious and would be a last resort. Please tell me there is an easier way.
P.S. This is not a browser cache problem, because even after many hard refreshes it still persists.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Before you did the deletion, it would have been better if you used a plugin such as Enable Media Replace. Please check if you can use that. Please take note though that it is outside the scope of our support.
I see your images are 1000px though (see attachment).
Thanks.
