I’m trying to import full demo data on Essential Grid plugin of x the theme. It gives me an ajax error, so I can’t import. Could you help me?

Ajax error could occur if your PHP version isn’t compatible to Essential Grid. Can you confirm what is your PHP version and make sure it’s 5.4+? You can contact your web hosting provider with regard to this.

Php version can’t be changed easily in godaddy wordpress hosting. It is a hard process and seems to be they won’t change it in near future.. Isn’t there any other solution?

Unfortunately not. These requirements are set by WordPress itself if you read their requirements page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/. You should pass this to Godaddy support as mentioned under “Ask for it” section in the article.
