    Hi gang,

I created a site for a client in my sandbox, here: cardinalfoxes.net

I recreated the site, here: brewvana.com

However, I cannot get the Essential Grid .json file to import through the Import/Export function on brewvana.com (it says the import is successful but nothing is imported). And when I try to save a new grid or skin, I get the ol’ Empty Ajax Error. I had my server team (Namecheap) investigate the issue over several hours, but they were unable to discover the real issue. They updated my PHP version, lowered restrictions, etc. I’ve tried duplicating the databases, copying columns, and everything else to no avail. WordPress, X, and Cornerstone are all up to date, and I’ve gone the “turn off plugins” route, too. No luck.

Trying to get this up and running for a client, so I’d appreciate your diving in as soon as is possible.

    Thanks!
    Very Sandwich

    Hi there,

Please check this thread : https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/empty-ajax-response-2/

I have read through the entire thread you’ve linked above. None of what was suggested solved the problem, as stated in my original message. And the Dropbox file linked to in that thread is no longer available for download. Any help you could provide beyond linking to another thread would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi There,

Please check the following Essential Grid tables on your database:

    wp_eg_item_skins
    wp_eg_navigation_skins
    wp_eg_item_elements
    wp_eg_grids

If it’s empty, try the fixed suggested on a reply here:https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/essential-grid-has-no-skin-options/page/2/#post-1009883

Do let us know how this goes.
