I have imported the grid post twice now and they do not appear and work with cornerstone. There is also no support for this from punch with this theme.

Hi! Please activate your copy of the Essential Grid to receive automatic updates & get premium support.

    Hi There,

We need to do a test to identify the issue. First please confirm that you’re using the latest version of X|Theme, Cornerstone, and Essential Grid. You can refer the latest bundle version here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

If its up to date and issue remain. Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

No every one is a newbie, so I think you will only get so far with the deativate plugins etc… I just bought the them yesterday, yes, I read the forum post on the long standing problems you have with getting essential grid to play with X.

I have done the plugin and cache test already. really- to support this theme long term and sustain sales you will have to give better quality advice and only ship plugins once they work in full compatibaility mode.

No I want to fix myself- if you dont know whats wrong say so. If you do them explain and I will fix then others can benefit. That the point of the forum!

I can run the test. I have had a server since 2005 and been on the web since 1991:)

    Hi There,

As requested would be really helpful if you could provide the credentials so we could perform some tests and check your setup in order to provide a solution.

We understand that you would prefer to fix yourself and now I understand what you have mentioned on the other thread.

Since you are a well experienced user with good knowledge on the field you might imagine it is much harder for us to spot the issue without having access to the back-end.

We ask you to kindly collaborate in order that we can help you finding out what is causing the issue. Once we find out, we will leave everything untouched and provide you the suggestion/solution on the forum so you can perform the fix yourself while sharing useful information with other users.

    Thanks for understanding,

    Joao

    Hi there,

There’s a known bug with the ajax post and response when trying to import demo data using Essential Grid. ThemePunch have been contacted and the bug is currently being worked on being resolved. ThemePunch expects to have a release out this week with the fix and we will then make that available to customers after our own testing.

    Thanks!
