Spoke to Essential Grid Support. The answer is to turn lazy load off in Essential Grid if this helps anyone else. Thanks for your help problem is sorted

    Hi there,

That’s already suggested (#post-1115115) but you said it doesn’t work. Also we mentioned about plugin conflict but you didn’t like the suggestion anyway when there was an issue with WPRocket as well. Note that we ask plugin conflict test to narrow down the cause which always help. It’s not a stock answer rather a helpful one to investigate the issue.

However glad that it’s fixed. Feel free to let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Have a nice day!

I appreciate what you say but disabling your plugins can take a long time and of course messes up the website during that time. The actual answer is to disable lazy load on a specific page which is a WPRocket setting on the post not to set Lazy Load Blurred Image to OFF. WPRocket also suggested a plugin “wprocket-unlazyload-essentialgrid” which automates this and worked straight away on my page.

I did not mean to criticise your support which is always excellent but I do think that disabling all plugins one by one is very drastic and I would prefer to avoid it if at all possible.

Hope this helps anyone experiencing a similar problem.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Jack,

You can always clone your website and test it in a different installation in a way to dont affect the original one while testing.

    Have a great day,
