    Hi There,

Please delete essential grid via FTP and than go to Wp Dashboard / Addons and re-install it.

You wont lose your work, all the data is stored on the database not on the plugin folder.

Let us know how it goes,

    Joao

    Hi Joao,

Asked our developer to delete. I’ve just reinstalled it and the grids are the same.

I created a brand new grid (30) to test it and the problem is still there. I can add one filter and it works, but once a second is added then it stops showing the correct filters.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

We might really need to access it so we could test the versions we have. It’s a trial and error, but I’ll forward this thread for more suggestions 🙂

    Thanks!

    Hi there!

No problem about the FTP issue. Please send an email to info(at)theme.co with the subject line: Attn: jack re: Essential Grid.

I’ll then send you the latest version of Essential Grid to see if that fixes the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jack,

we managed to get all of the grids restored. This new version hasn’t made any difference.

We do have a plugin installed which allows us to add custom product types which I have been using as the source and then product tags for the filters. I decided to deactivate this plugin and just use product tags to source from and filter by (To rule out a plugin conflict) and the issue remains.

I initially thought that 2 out of 3 grids worked but in fact none of them work. They work with 1 filter applied but as soon as a second filter is added the options in the first filter disappear.

    Hi there!

Thanks for trying the update and sorry to hear it didn’t work.

I’ve contacted ThemePunch (the developers of Essential Grid) and will update this thread with more information once I have it.

    Thanks for your patience.
