    Hey,

I just set up an essential grid and it displays the posts I want.

But when i switch the grid setting to “Masonry” I just see the loading circle on the website and the content doesn’t load.

In the essential grid preview the content loads though wich is pretty strange.

    Any ideas?

    Greets,
    Phil

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked the page in Chrome and I am seeing the grids. Have you already set it to Masonry? Please clear your browser cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode and test your site again.

Please let us know how it goes.

After deleting the browser cahce nothing happend – but in incognito mode it loads.

What does that tell me right now? Can i be sure, that it loads correctly?

I don’t get, why the other essential grid loads without a problem, but the masonry mode is causing that kind of problem…

In that case, you might be using a browser extension that conflicts with Essential Grid. Please deactivate all your browser extensions then try again.

    Thanks.

Ahh ok – it’s conflicting with “Ghostery” – with 2.6 million users I guess that could be a little problem? 😉

    Hi There,

We will forward it to Theme Punch, unfortunately this issue is out of the realm of our support since we do not develop the plugin.

    Thanks for understanding,

    Joao
