Hi There,

I’m using the X Theme, but i payed for the complete version on codecanyon for Essential Grid. I have a purchase code now, but the message is still there:

Please note that this plugin came bundled with a theme. The use of the Essential Grid is limited to this theme only.
If you need support from the plugin author ThemePunch or you want to use Essential Grid with an other theme you will need an extra single license available at CodeCanyon.

Nowhere there is a possibility to add the purchase code.

Where could I find that place? I checked your FAQ but it isn’t there where it should be.

Thanks for reaching us. I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like the theme removed the registration section of the plugin. Could you please contact the theme author about this? as they should be able to help you with this easily.

Please add this code to your child theme’s functions.php

  function x_essential_grid_theme_setup() {

    
  }

Then go to your Essential Grid Overview page and find Need Premium Support and Auto Updates ? and click Click Here to get Premium Support and Auto Updates to activate your purchase key.
