    Hey staff,

    I’ve got a problem with my Essential Grid on my homepage. It happens often dat my Grid does not load properly, even though my website speed should be really good. When loading the webpage there is a big blank section underneath the grid. Also the hover effect does take a lot of time to get working. The way its fixed is by clicking anywhere on the webpage, but thats not ideal when clients are looking at it.

    Any way to fix this?

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the fast reply.
    I updated the X Theme. My plugins were already up to date. Nothing changed though.
    I am currently using a child theme, do i have to update that aswell?

    Hey Fedde,

    I loaded your site on different computers but I didn’t experience the blank section issue. I also get the hover effect instantly on my end. Please clear your browser cache and check again and deactivate all browser extensions if you have.
