Hi there,
Hmm that’s weird, I enabled pagination yesterday too but not getting 500 error. In that case, I need your FTP login credentials as well to get what’s behind the 500 error. There could be many reasons and I to further check it through FTP.
Thanks!

I tried other settings and it’s now permanently displaying 500 error. Still, I can’t get what’s behind the 500 error since the FTP is pointing to the wrong folder. Would you mind changing its target folder.
Thanks!

May 13, 2016 at 12:28 am #989147Hi there,
It’s still the same, maybe the password is incomplete? I tried it with another FTP client and even the browser-based FTP, and it’s not working.
File manager based on WordPress is not recommended. Any mistake I may add will not be reversible , hence, it will stuck on blank page until fix it through FTP.
Thanks!

If it’s a memory issue I’ll take it up with my hosting.
Thanks so much for trouble-shooting this for me. I was pulling my hair out.
