Hello!
I’m getting “unable to save” when customizing skins. Ajax Errors.
I’ve tried to disable ALL plugins. I’ve rid ALL cache. I even tried to import the Essential Grid MySql Tables (a reply from Rad on another post).
No joy. Still errors.
Would love some assistance.
Thanks.

I can’t use pagination. If I do, it breaks it completely (page doesn’t load).
The only way I can use it, is to simply not have any pagination at all (and just load a lot of posts w/ lazy load).
If this helps diagnosis any. Seems as though Ajax is completely broken. I have another site, on the same server/hosting, and it’s working fine. So it’s specific to this site in question. Though, I’ve been over everything I can think of, and can’t find the fault.
May 7, 2016 at 10:11 pm #980638Hi there,
Thanks for writing in.
Not getting that issues on my installations, could be specific to your setup. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I like to see and test some settings 🙂
Thanks!

Thanks for providing the credentials, it seems like a plugin conflict. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Make sure you purge your site’s cache. Let us know how this goes!
May 8, 2016 at 3:37 am #980831Hi Nabeel,
Did you actually read the threads in this post? If so, you’ll notice I DID those things you mentioned.
Everything was disabled, except Essential Grid. Caching was cleared/disabled/removed. All custom CSS was also removed.
May 8, 2016 at 4:04 am #980838Hi again,
Yes, when I checked your plugins sections, Most of your third party plugins were enabled. Please disable them all so we can run some tests. This will eliminate the factor of any third part conflict.
Thanks!
May 11, 2016 at 8:09 am #985773Hi Again,
That’s not very helpful, Nabeel, and also; By saying “disable plugins and clear cache and let us know how it goes” implies that was the support I was getting. To simply do those things.
Now you say to disable plugins, and then you’ll look at it?
That’s not what was first said.
In any-case; I’ve disabled all plugins, a few times, cleared all caches many times. The problem persists without the plugins and with.
As stated earlier I’m more than happy for you guys to login and do whatever you please. Disable plugins, etc. I can’t however leave them disabled for “who knows how long” until someone actually logs in to check/tinker.
Can I request Rad look into this issue for me?
Further; I’ve isolated the problem to the “all” Grid. IE, the one loading ALL categories. Infinite Scroll and/or Pagination break the page entirely. It simply doesn’t load. Removing a few categories seems to fix the problem. Thus, I guess it has a problem processing 5 thousand+ posts? Why I have no clue. I only wanted it to show 20 posts with “load more” loading another 20.
Please advise.

Thanks for the updates! I went ahead and create my own skin for testing. I was able to save it and even modify the saved skin.
Could please try again and edit your own skin? Please let us know how it goes.
May 12, 2016 at 12:02 am #987165Hello there,
It’s not just a skin problem. That seems to have resolved itself. Not sure why. But it let me create one also.
It’s moreso to do with Pagination, and not being able to “load more”, or use “infinite scroll”.
As noted above; this applies to the Grid “all”.
May 12, 2016 at 12:41 am #987208Hi there,
Your site is currently down, could just be on my end.
Would you mind trying the Max Visible Rows option under Grid Settings section?
If you wish to display 20 items, then it should be column multiplied by row. Since you have 4 columns on the desktop, then 20/4 = 5 rows.
Thanks! Let me know when your site is up.
May 12, 2016 at 2:00 am #987270Hello,
The “homepage” was down as someone enabled pagination. It HTTP 500 errors when enabled. Hence me asking for help. 🙂
I went into wp-admin and removed the pagination, and she now loads the front-end again.
