I am unable to update X Theme to 4.4.2. I get this error: An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
From the FB group, I tried first revoking my license and reassigning but that did not resolve.
Do I need to update WP to 4.5 in order to be able to update X? I have not updated WP yet.
Please advise

Thanks for the updates. Could your please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

The instructions above are straight-forward enough, but I am simply not seeing where to do Step 1. The link you provided says that “You will be greeted by the unvalidated home page, with a “You’re almost finished!” message.” But I dont see this, even after revoking my license in my account.
I can revoke the license but how do I revoke the validation? The instructions only cover how to validate an unvalidated site, not how to unvalidate a validated one.
