    Hi X Theme Team,

    I cannot download the Agency demo content on my site, I am getting the Error: We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.

    Wordpress Version, X Theme Version and Cornerstone Version: New Install, Latest Versions.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have inspected your site and it turns out that you were experiencing curl timed out. I made some changes and I was able to successfully import the Agency demo content.

    Please check your site now.
