    Hey, I sent an email but got no response. I purchased an additional X-Theme license for a new website that I am developing and I am no longer able to attach the product code to my account.

    At first it went through (after a bit of a delay connecting to your servers) — It appears below with my other two licenses. I added the URL it will be associated with and clicked to add a development URL as well. After inputting my development URL the entry disappeared and when I try to re-enter it, I am given an error saying the product code is already being used with a different account, which is not possible.

    When I try to validate using the same product code via wordpress dashboard within the development server, I am given an error message saying my product key is invalid.

    I need this fixed ASAP, not sure why it failed the way it did. Thanks

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that there are no empty space/s when you copy and paste the code. This happened in of the users. For us to check your purchase code, please supply them in your next reply so that we can check your Themeco licenses and where you have assigned it to.
