Please confirm that you have generated the API key for the correct URL. You can review our product validation knowledge base article. After that, if the issue remains, please send us the API key in a private reply so we can take a closer look to the issue.

AlexanderKeymasterAll fixed! I logged into your site and noticed the WordPress site URL started with a capital letter. Usually the domain portion of a URL is all lowercase, so it wasn’t matching. I’ll make a note to see if we can consider that matching in a non case-sensitive way in the future

I knew it was case sensitive but since upper/lower case usually makes no difference in URLs I didn’t even thing about changing this..March 23, 2016 at 10:40 am #849663
