    Hi,
    I am getting this error when I add my license number. Can anyone please help?

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    Hi I had a thought. I had some issues with my website (long story) and decided to delete and reinstall wordpress and themes. Could the license number be “stucK” with the old deleted version?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It’s not, revoking and re-assigning your purchase key in your license page should be enough.

    But that error isn’t likely related to the license, it’s due to your hosting’s environment. Please check this https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/validation-fix-installed-curl-on-my-vps-and-it-works/, you may contact your hosting provider about this.

    Then please provide your admin and FTP login credentials in private reply, as well as your purchase key. I’ll do some testing to see if it’s related to non-properly installed CURL or just due to timeout configured by your hosting.
