    When ever I try to install one of the addons I get “Error encountered. Details” When I click details I get: “No package provided.”

    No obvious where the instructions are for loading the packages which appear to only be in the distribution in a separate directory.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Unfortunately that’s not possible the development site is not reachable outside my localhost.

    I have the exact same problem and I know many others have it. None of the extensions install. “No package provided” is always the error. Provider: dreamhost. WordPress 4.5 “Coleman” April 12, 2016. URL: https://privatemachines.com/wp-admin/index.php
