    Hi,

I’m seeing the following error message when I try to load certain pages on my site. The page shows no content when it should populate a contact’s profile using the InfusionSoft API via a custom template my developer built. One of these pages is https://www.teachtutti.com/teacher-profile/?id=3492.

    The full error message is:

x-head.min.js?ver=4.6.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: c.hoverIntent is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (https://www.teachtutti.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/js/dist/site/x-head.min.js?ver=4.6.4:1:1685)
    at i (https://www.teachtutti.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:1:27449)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (https://www.teachtutti.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:1:28213)
    at Function.ready (https://www.teachtutti.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:1:30006)
    at HTMLDocument.K (https://www.teachtutti.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:1:30368)

I’m not sure why this has started happening. These profile pages have always loaded fine. I recently installed and activated a child version of the X theme so this could be the cause.

I have uploaded the custom template that I am using for this page. I’ll also pass on the login details to my site in a private message below.

    Thanks,

    Liam

It didn’t let me upload the previous file so I’ve turned it into a txt file below.

    Hi Liam,

    Thanks for writing in.

I have tried to login using the details you have provided but it seems to be incorrect.

Kindly double check it so we can check your issue further. For the meantime, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi again,

I’ve just tested removing all the plugins and it had no effect on the profile page. I deleted the history and cleared the cache so this doesn’t seem to be the problem.

    Hi There,

It seems like you might be having an issue with a third party script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
