Morning Themeco peeps,

I hope you’re all doing well. I tried to contact the plugin author about some issues I’m having with this but he referred me back to you guys.

I’m having multiple errors with the form, such as;

1. The sliders for chosing the quantity of pages and slides sometimes work but other times don’t.
2. Sometimes the form directs to the wrong step, despite setting conditions on both the steps themselves and the links between them.
3. Some items when selected don’t add the price, even though it is set up in the backend.
4. Some steps add money to the price even though they shouldn’t.

I assumed the plugin just didn’t work although the author assures me that it does and I should contact you guys for help. Any advice would be fantastic.

Also, just to add I’ve just tried disabling all plugins, excluding E & P Forms and Cornerstone, but this doesn’t help.

Hi Antony,

I checked and seems to be working fine, would you mind providing a video recording?

And I do see this error Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded originating from cached file, hence, I can’t trace it from where it’s really originating. Please disable your cache plugin, and provide your login credentials in private reply.

Hi Rad,

Sorry I just saw this.

Try choosing the following options:

Digital design > Banner Ads and then you’ll see the quantity slider doesn’t work.
Digital design > PowerPoint and then you’ll see the quantity slider doesn’t work.
Digital design > Ebooks and then you’ll see that none of the three products don’t add anything to the price when selected.

Could we try setting the same options from Print Project > Brochure or Booklet to your Digital design > Banner Ads?

Of course Christian. However, I’m not sure what options you mean? Please could you let me know what settings I should be changing and I’ll happily give that a go.

I’ve tested the steps but the issue persists. Would you mind copying your site over to a staging server so we could test this further?
