    I’m trying to build a form but when I click on the Form Designer button it asks for my activation code. After I enter it the code is rejected and I can’t use the Form Designer. Please advise.

    Hello There,

    Since the plugin comes with X, activation is not needed. Please do make sure that X theme is updated. Please check this: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
    If the issue still persist even if everything is updated already, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    This plugin comes bundled in X and it works without activation code. But some of features unlock with activation code, if you need them you have to purchase plugin license.
