MartiParticipantAs far as I can tell/check, my X licence is working as should. Theme is validated in my WP install and account settings here look fine too.
The E&P Form Builder plugin isn’t all that happy tho and often pops up to urge me to validate my copy.Entering my X purchase code doesn’t work (which I expected but it’s all I have obviously) — how do I prevent the nag screen from nagging?
It doesn’t seem to affect the correct working of the plugin, but since the site will go live in a week it does worry me …

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! It should not come if you have validated X and installed this plugin from X Addons menu. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

LelyModeratorHello Marti,
Thank you for the credentials.
I can’t see the issue when I checked. No need to add license since this is part of the theme.January 19, 2017 at 9:13 am #1336720
MartiParticipantI know it shouldn’t give me that popup – but every now and again, it does.
It’s not a big problem, but I do want to make sure the plugin will function properly when the site goes live.January 19, 2017 at 11:24 am #1336906
LelyModeratorHello Marti,
Since I cannot duplicate the issue on my test site, would you mind checking for console error if in case you encounter this again? We would love to check and investigate but then we need to see it first. Right exactly on that page and then click inspect element. Choose console tab and then look for errors. Send those error to us. The plugin is tested for X theme before it is published. Rest assured that we’re always here to help.
Cheers!

MartiParticipantHi there,
See posts above – already did that, then I was asked for a screenshot which I posted yesterday.
Anyway, the missing image was part of an unused form; I’ve deleted that form. Let’s see if that fixes the issue.
Still clueless as to how a missing image could trigger the “you need a licence” pop-up but we’ll see – I’ll update this thread if the problem persists.February 19, 2017 at 5:45 pm #1377434
MartiParticipantAnd it does. Contacted the author as well, but no interest to help there.

MartiParticipantNever mind, I switched to another plugin and that one works like a charm.
I didn’t feel comfortable using this plugin anymore; too worried it might not function properly.February 25, 2017 at 6:17 am #1385325
