    Hi themeco,

    I have downloaded the envira plugin from the extensions page. However, when I open the gallery, lightbox will not show. What to do? See https://shootsandmore.nl/enviratest/

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I can see some images are opening on lightbox and others are not. So I guess there is something wrong on your setup. Kindly follow the documentation from here – https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-envira-gallery/

    Also can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
