    Hi,
    I’m using envira gallery here http://thesunflowerjam.com/2014-2/ but as you can see, the thumbnails are not displaying. Could you tell me how to fix this?

    Hi Nick,

    This could an issue with folder and file permissions. I tried to login through FTP but there are several directories with WordPress installs in them so I am not sure which to check.

    You may check this thread for more info about the WordPress file permission: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

    If you are having troubles still, please let us know which directory your site is installed.

    the site is installed in the root (web) directory. Ignore anything labelled old_wp
