Hi, I have the Envira gallery plugin installed but cannot seem to make a gallery and subsequently a portfolio & Grid.

The issue is none of the settings seem to save, from Metadata to general settings. I believe I have created a gallery but nothing shows in the grid.

Hi Gary,

I have created a page named “Envira Test Gallery” and used the Envira Gallery there without any issue. Would you clarify where you are exactly having issue?

I can get that far when creating a gallery, however I have tried to add metadata and change the settings to add a description. This is where is doesn’nt work, the images I have tried to edit are now not selectable (will not open to large view) where as the non-edited images are.

Also if you go to the page ‘Example Portfolio Gallery’ i created, I have added a grid shortcode, nothing appears apart from if you hover over the far left, although no images. If I click that I get a Oops!

To be fair I’m not sure I’m doing this correctly or even in the right order.

Hello Gary,

I am able to check and I can see that when adding Meta Data on the images there’s an admin ajax error. This prevents the saving of the information which will result to invalid content when we view the image on frontend. See attached screenshot of the error. Would you mind checking in to your hosting provider about this error:ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Then do let us know what they can find.

Site validation doesn’t change as you move your site to another host. In case you’re planning to change your site URL then, you need to check this KB article : https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
