Everything is updated to newest (as of today). When I click on the images down the page to open the lightbox, nothing happens. Same with mobile. Have double checked in the Envira settings that the “enable lightbox” checkbox is checked off.

Hi there,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

I have light box enabled. I have tried turning it on and off to see if that helps. Nothing.

Gallery shows up as I have set it up, just with no link to lightbox.

Update: Found answer in another thread. When you add images into the Envira Gallery, the “image” is not automatically linked the the “image”. Basically you have to manually go back in to each image and attach it to itself, even tho the instructions on that page specifically say if its left blank it will link to the image.
