Hi,
I´m having issues displaying a post with a gallery inside it on mobile devices. The swipe works very well, but i can see that the image isn’t well adjusted to the mobile resolution. I´ve tried amongst with several devices and the problem still occurs.
You can access any post and view the galeries on various posts on http://www.desprojeto.com.br via a mobile device and see what happens.
Some images appears only partialy, some others doesn’t even show.
December 27, 2016 at 1:23 pm #1306151This is what i get when i try to see the gallery from my phone.
1) The gallery is currently show as you can see.
2) When i click on a image, i only get that the screen is dark (i think that´s because the image is too big and wont get resized accordingly).December 27, 2016 at 8:14 pm #1306577Hi there,
Thanks for writing in.
Been testing it on multiple device and I’m not getting what you have on your screenshot. What device and browser you’re testing it on?
Thanks!
December 28, 2016 at 8:38 am #1307172I´m using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with Google Chrome Browser.
A friend of mine tried it with an Apple Iphone 5s and Safari and is getting same issues, as you can see in the screenshots i´m sending with this reply.December 28, 2016 at 9:21 am #1307234I was intrigued with your answer and installed on my pc an Android emulator and did some tests:
1) The browser BigNOX runs the website very smooth and perfect.
2) The browser Chrome just does the same results as the mobile devices: screen is black and no images.
3) The OperaMINI makes the site looks like crap (rofl); That’s strange.
December 28, 2016 at 6:08 pm #1307789Hi there,
Ah I see, the gallery is located to portfolio single page. The only explanation for that is the lightbox is only applicable for the desktop. I checked the coding and it styled for desktop and not for mobile. Though, I like to see your lightbox other settings.
Would you mind providing your admin login credentials?
Thanks!

Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your site and I can confirm that the lightbox is now working in mobile screens. Somehow it is only good for the desktop screens. I would suggest that you should just disable the light in smaller screens. You can do that in the “Mobile Gallery Settings”.
Hope this helps.
December 29, 2016 at 9:19 am #1308575When i disable the lightbox in mobile, i can’t press the picture to open in fullsize like the images before the gallery does.
There`s a way to do that?
December 29, 2016 at 5:39 pm #1309123Hi there,
Can’t fix it either, it only works for desktop. Perhaps it’s plugin limitation.
How about implementing different lightbox? You could use X’s lightbox or any 3rd party lightbox that has mobile support?
Thanks!
February 2, 2017 at 10:55 am #1355435I’ve bought the envira gallery, maybe there was an update about it, and it still doesn’t work. It’s really strange, because the demos on envira gallery website works wonderfully!
I’m really upset with this bug. I’ve noticed that when i click on the image in the gallery, it works at really high resolution on mobiles, so i’ve found that if i double tap the screen 1 ou 2 times, everything gets resized accordingly.
My guess is that when the device opens the gallery, somewhat the screen is show as much higher resolution thant the current website display.
February 2, 2017 at 8:10 pm #1356121Hi there,
Yes, it’s the lightbox that’s appearing is the done displaying on the desktop and it’s big. Have you tried using different lightbox library?
Thanks!

February 8, 2017 at 3:43 pm #1363403Hi there,
It shouldn’t be due to overflow because it’s already overridden by Envira. Been checking too and can’t find what causing it, the size it follow is 1500×2668 and it’s too big. I’ll keep on checking, I’ll let you know if I find something.
Thanks!
