pdopchevParticipantHi guys,
Just noticed that the lightbox on mobile is not displaying the images correctly – it shows only part of them. Any idea how to fix that?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. I have checked and it seems showing fine on my end. Check the attachment.
Cheers!

pdopchevParticipantAre you checking in with the browser modes for different screen sizes? If so, it does display okay there but not when you actually open the page on a mobile phone… The screen grab was from a mobile device.

pdopchevParticipantHm, this is strange. Just checked it on two phones and it is still distorted [iPhone using safari and google chrome]

RupokMemberHi there,
Sorry to hear that you are still facing this while it’s fine on our end. Can you check on some Android device then we’ll know there might be some issue with iOS and let the plugin developer know about that?
Cheers!
January 6, 2017 at 10:33 am #1318984
pdopchevParticipantIt displays fine on Samsung so the issue seems to be on iOS…

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not just on iOS, I can replicate it on desktop’s browser (mobile simulation). It appears that the lightbox is displaying the desktop lightbox instead of mobile lightbox.
I’ll forward this for further checking since it’s related to the lightbox library bundled to the 3rd party plugin. For the meantime, you can disable the lightbox and use 3rd party lightbox.
Thanks!

pdopchevParticipantHi, just noticed there was an update for the plugin but after applying it the issue still persists. Do you guys have any info on whether or not the author is working on a fix?
January 16, 2017 at 2:44 am #1331665
RadModeratorHi there,
We can’t tell, we as supports have no direct contact with the author, but I checked and it’s still marked on our list which means it still ongoing.
Thanks!

pdopchevParticipantHi guys,
Just checking, if you know of the above issue being resolved? It seems like Envira gallery was updated but the current release is not currently available through Theme X…
