Hello, I’m having a lot of problems with the envira gallery – and specifically light box. I’ve seemed to been able to build the gallery, add the gallery and have it show up on the page in cornerstone, but no matter what I do I run into the same problem… 1. When I click on the image from the gallery and it goes into lightbox, the picture temporarily (flashes) as it should – and then it immediately goes almost fully dark. Why is it doing this???. 2. What size of pictures should they be??? The config panel in the plug-in gives me the option of controlling the pixel size as an option, but when you click on the photos in the Renovation Gallery the pictures blow up 10x the screen size. Doesn’t Envira actually size those photos? Should I resize all photos first? 3. I’ve tried to delete galleries from pages and they seem to keep popping up… So frustrated. p.s. – I’ve looked into the help issues, and nothing seems to help me out in a situation like this with a lightbox window that has the photo really really really dark in it.
November 29, 2016 at 8:29 pm #1275467An update for anyone reading this – I resized all the images in wordpress to see if this would help – on average the size was scaled down to 1500 px x 1000 px. Doesn’t seem to make a difference. Any help would be so appreciated.

I can confirm that issue, and when edited in cornerstone it displays white page. There could be some sort of internal error and we could only find out the details by checking it directly, would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
Thanks!

I fixed the issue 🙂
Now about the black area, please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS
#lbCenter { z-index: 9999 !important; } #lbBottomContainer { z-index: 999 !important; }
This change isn’t noticeable unless you’ll link your items to small images. Right now, it all links to full-size image that is even bigger from the screen ( http://www.urban-abode.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Harding4.jpg ). Under your Envira Gallery, go to Lightbox section and change Image Size from Default to Large or nay smaller than your current image size.
Thanks!
