    I followed the steps Video
    https://theme.co/x/member/kb/extension-email-forms/

    But, when I test the form on my site I do not get the message that says: “success of registration”. (I have setted message) And when I look at the list in MailChimp list is empty .

    But in Addons Mail Forms Plug -in in MailChimp guide I have the API is valid green box. And my two lists created in the list box. Suggesting that the account is linked.

    I find it strange reloading the page when it should give me success message to register. I have configured message. Something goes wrong and results in non-inclusion in MailChimp list.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    I’m seeing a jQuery conflict in your website (see: http://prntscr.com/6l6ysz). You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If you have added any custom JavaScript code in your website, please try removing it (keep backup in a safe place) and see if it resolves the issue.

    Sory, but I don’t know how to do that.

    I try using Firefox firebug. But it has a lot of options and many words in red color.

    I don’t manualy put any script, only google analytic code ou API from google analytin Adons.

    Hi there,

    Do you have customized version of X email extension? Because the script is missing, http://yourtalenttube.com/wp-content/plugins/x-email-mailchimp2/email-integration/js/site/main.js It returns 404 status.

    Please install the latest X email extension.

    Found out what the problem was. For some reason the folder x-email-mailchimp2 was x-email-MailChimp 2
