    Hello. I need to add a option on the email form at http://www.kellybroylesphotography/pricing where they choose either Children & Family or Senior Pricing Guide. Can this be done? If not can you give me another option other than the email form feature to make it look exactly how it does now with that option?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    At the moment, MailChimp extension is only configured to display Name and Email fields as the subscription normally uses email and name only.

    If you need more field and customize form, you can use third party plugin or embed Mailchimp HTML form directly on your page.
