    Hi there,

    I have just checked the search filter of your product page and I can’t seem to replicate the issue you mentioned. See screencast below.

    As for the third party plugin you mentioned, unfortunately, we can’t tell if it would be supported 100% by theme although we expect it to work just fine but there are instances that third party plugins will cause some conflicts with the theme.

    Hello There,

    Please check your products. I have investigated this and it turns out that there is no Jersey in Red Vic.

    Please be advised that the characteristics will be taken from all the products.

    Hope this explains it.

    Hi there,

    When there are no blog posts, it also displays a 404 page. Maybe that’s the same for that template and it inherit the same no-sidebar template. Though, we’ll continue checking on it.

    As of now, I still can’t find the cause since this is custom taxonomy with custom options.

    Thanks!

    Yeah i knew what the problem is. But want to know where thats fauld is coming from.

    – theme fault?
    – plugin fault? (filter)

    thats why im asking, should i take a look at the plugin what im want to buy above (woof filter?)
    Or should i take a look at another theme? because this is project for someone im helping and he has some deadlines!

    And if you look at the problem, is a big conversion killer for a webshop

    another big conversion killer is when you look the webshop at mobile phone,
    the filter is at the bottom of the page. so visitors first must scroll down, to see the options to get someowhere,
    nobody will do that.

    another big conversion killer..

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin, WooCommerce Product Filter. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    And to make sure that your sidebar will always appear on top on the main content on smaller screens, please add the following JS code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > Javascript

    (function($){
      $('.x-sidebar').insertBefore('.x-main');
    })(jQuery);

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi Nick,

    Until now, I can’t find what causes this. But this could be a conflict between Woocommerce, X theme, and your Filter plugin. I’ll continue checking and forward this to our developer. It could be messing with global query since it’s a filter type plugin. Have you tried it on another theme (eg. 2016 theme). If your filter plugin has recommended theme to work, then, that could have special templates for that purpose.

    Thanks!
