Menu Clicks that reloading <body> content without refreshing entire page. All pages set to full width.

Hey Robert,
Although that uses ajax that works more like a tab. X has Tabbed Content shortcode. Please see some samples and usage here.
However, if you’re looking to pull content from different sources, you’ll need to add that functionality in the child theme yourself.
