Thanks for posting in and giving us your admin credentials.
Do you have customization on woocommerce templates? Like custom functions for adding thumbnails?
If yes, please refer to this thread:

July 14, 2015 at 8:35 am #329818i dont have custom functions, everything is standard
July 14, 2015 at 8:52 am #329837Hi there,
In that case, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Thanks for the admin credentials. It seems that you have the same scenario with this thread: https://community.theme.co//forums/topic/woocommerce-catagory-page-produts-display-two-thumbnails/
I did check your catalog page :http://montereymountainbike.com/product-category/complete-bikes/ and you have the same code and same featured image html markup. Can you confirm that you don’t have any added customization like the one on the thread. If none, would you mind giving us you FTP credentials so we can investigate further?Thank you.
