I really want to have a drop down menu with an image slider

is this something that would be possible with theme x? and if so, how?
I am guessing it would require an owl carousel plugin and bespoke jquery?
don’t know how to go about this as i am very inexperienced at this,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
Thanks for your reply. But isn’t there anyway I can use the carousel in the ethos stack and have it appear and disappear with a hovering mouse? Or can I move the carousel to lower down the page in between sections of my choice? This carousel feature was the main reason I purchased theme X but I don’t want it at the top of the page unless I can get it to disappear. Thanks!

Thanks for writing back. Carousels are not supposed to be disappeared ob hover and it’s not usual feature at all. You can certainly move the carousel by using Child Theme. You will need to create and edit the file FRAMEWORK/VIEWS/ETHOS/WP-HEADER.PHP.
Let’s check the code on parent theme and copy and edit within Child theme.
