Hello there,

The drop down menu is not working on our main page, but it does on all other pages.

Please suggest how to fix it.

WP version: 4.2 (same issue was happening with the previos version)
Theme version: 3.1.1 (cannot upload the new one, WP refuses as the file is too big, posted a separate Q about that)

I can’t find what causing it at your end.

But since you already upgraded your WordPress to 4.2, then please update your X theme and its plugins too.

Hi Guys

I’m having a similar problem the drop down for my blog menu and search button on my top nav isn’t working on my blog page and posts. But works perfectly fine on all my other pages.

Theme and plugins are all up to date. It’s driving me nuts I can’t workout what’s wrong.
Any suggestions on fixing it?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Let’s try the custom CSS through Appearance -> Customize -> Custom -> CSS

#menu-item-4587:hover .sub-menu {
 display: block!important;
}

Hope that will solve the issue. If you still face any other issue, would you mind providing us the login credentials, so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site

– WordPress Admin username / password
